Lemon Cheese Cake
This easy to follow homemade kitchen recipe taste delicious. The total prepation time is 15 minutes and the total baking is 30-35 minutes
It's so easy to make even an Eleven year old can bake it (with adult supervision); add this to your favorite recipes.
Ingridients:
1 1/2 lb. (one package) cream cheese soften at a room temperature.
3 medium size eggs
1/2 cup of sour cream
2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Topping:
1 cup sour cream
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Hardware:
2 bowls (one medium or large bowl and one small bowl)
A timer
A spatula
1 Electric mixer
Baking Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Mix the ingredients for the filling of the cheesecake into a medium to large size bowl using an electric mixer.
Step 3: Once the oven is preheated, pour the filling of the cheesecake into the crust and bake in the over for about 30-35 minutes.
Step 4: Mix all of the topping ingredients (with an electric mixer) into a smaller bowl.
Step 5: After the cheesecake filling is baked pour the topping on top of the cheesecake and then put it back into the oven for 5 more minutes.
Bon Apetit and enjoy! You can also add your favorite summer fruit to the top of the cheesecake once it's cooled.
