Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup heavy cream

Whisk dry ingredients
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2: Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Mix together heavy cream
Step 3: Add heavy cream to dry ingredients and mix together.

Lightly flour work surface and pat dough into 8" circle.

Place cut wedges onto baking sheet.
Step 5: Place wedges onto baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
