Grilled Pork Loin
You will need the following dry and wet ingredients:
Cut up ten (10) Pork Tender Loins cut into 1/2 inch thick. You can substitute regular port chops.
In a small bowl add the following dry ingredients:
Mix dry and wet ingredients using a fork.
Pour new ingredients over meat and turn meat over once. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour. When ready fire up the charcoal or grill. Take meat out of refrigerators for at least five minutes at room temperature prior to cooking.
Once the charcoal or grill reaches at a very hot temperature, put meat over grill and reduce heat to medium high. Cook for between 20-25 minutes turning meat once halfway through the grilling process.

When meat is fully cooked through, place grilled pork on platter and cover with aluminum foil for at least 10 minutes. By covering with foil, the meat juices tenderizes the meat.
Uncover and serve hot with the Zucchini Tomato Rice Medley.
The meal is served with lemonade or iced tea. A refreshing combination indeed, Bon Apetite!
