Zine Digital Communication Incorporated is a full service Media Production company located in Bristow, VA. Matt Moore, CEO stated that ZINE focuses on the client's intended result rather than a specific type of media. They create videos for commercials for trade associations and industrial productions, as well as multi media and interactive works. The primary mission is not to sell a video but to give the client an end result. ZINE looks at the client's goal, whether it is marketing a product or reaching a specific group of individuals. The staff has decades of experience and have won every possible Media Industry award there is in all the different media. Their range of media includes video production, print, animation, and editing, on-line and broadcasting capabilities. ZINE's core competencies include the strategy behind the media.

Matt Moore was a Creative Director for a private organization in Washington, DC and has 15 years of experience prior to founding his own company. Zine Digital's clientele include National Staffing Agencies, Trade Associations, small start-up companies and one international marketing company. They focus on giving their clients quality, no matter what their size.

Multi-media services have become a prime commodity; especially in emerging 3rd world companies such as India, Pakistan, Malaysia and African countries where they have developed a strong design sense and people can buy the software inexpensively. Broadband is also relatively cheap and affords editors the option of farming out to those countries, if people do not mind having non-Americans in their commercial, can deal with language issues and wait for longer production times. Matt really thought about how he could compete in this market climate. Larger multi-media companies are failing because of the price cutting by developing 3rd world markets. Zine gives their clients outstanding results and goes beyond service and assists their clients with developing the concept, to assisting with the writing, which traditionally an advertising agency would handle, creating the video production, and/or making the piece interactive for the web. Zine's mission is to do whatever it takes to make the clients' vision successful.

Zine Digital measures their long term financial success by the amount of charitable donations they endow to organizations such as SERVE, the House of Mercy, Don Bosco Youth Center and Kiva, an organization that gives to entrepreneurs in third world countries. Someone said once "You are not doing well, unless you are doing good." and Zine bases their philosophy on this idea and gives 10% of their earnings away. Their mission is to leverage that opportunity to give to others.

Matt says the professional and family life in Bristow is a definite plus since he can spend more time with his family instead of commuting. He is not as tired, so therefore he can be more productive with his work. He is able to volunteer his time with non-profit organizations, such as the Knights of Columbus and/or raise money for SERVE and the American Cancer Society by performing magic shows. He loves to hike and spends quality time with his wife and children.
