The event was organized almost entirely through emails by Teresa DeWolf of Creative Memories. Teresa emailed vendors that she worked with last year and asked them if they were interested in organizing an event again and to pass on any small businesses that may also want to participate. The businesses then had two meetings at local shops in September and October. Everything was then finalized via email. Teresa did not meet some of the vendors until the day of the event, since they communicated mostly thru email.
