Ingredients:
1 whole frying chicken, washed.
Fresh herbs, such as Rosemary
1 small onion cut into quarters
Kosher salt
Follow these simple directions:
Step 1: Wash chicken, making sure to clean out cavity. Salt cavity and outer skin with small amount of Kosher salt.

Fresh Rosemary and Small onion.
Step 2: Cut up small onion into quarters and coarsely chop rosemary or any herb you desire and stuff into chicken cavity.

Stuffed chicken.
Step 3: Heat grill from medium to medium high heat and cook for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Step 4: Serve with rice and your favorite vegetable.
