Republicans at Local Meeting Prepare for 2008

Prince William County Republicans gathered at their mass meeting on April 12th at Woodbridge Senior High School, one of many statewide meetings where delegates can meet and listen to candidates prior to the Virginia State Republican Convention, which will be held on May 31st in Richmond, Virginia. Bob Marshall, the Virginia State Delegate representing the 13th District for eight terms, is campaigning to run for the U.S. Virginia Senate Race in 2008 and he received a standing ovation for his speech here, as opposed to Gilmore who never mentioned Bob Marshall. Gilmore is hoping that by ignoring Bob Marshall, he will go away.
Bob Marshall supporters were present in force and believe that he will clearly represent Virginia interests in the United States Senate because he is an honest politician, and represents family values. Susan Miller, a volunteer in the Bob Marshall 2008 Senate campaign spoke about Bob’s tremendous grass roots support in his bid for the United States Senate Race. Susan spoke to BristowEnews.com about why she and many others have donated their time to his campaign since he stands up for what he believes in and is not swayed by popular politics. Grassroots campaigners believe in his fiscal responsibility, character, his true stance on Republican politics and his family and pro-life values.
Between now and May 31st, when the convention will be held in Richmond, supporters for the Bob Marshall 2008 Senate race will be mobilizing delegates from various counties at the mass meetings that will be held throughout the State of Virginia, in an effort to win the U.S. Senate race. Bob Marshall has a tremendous number of volunteers helping him with this effort. For more information about Bob Marshall’s campaign visit: http://bobmarshall2008.com
