Get Grilling Cornish Hens for Simple Summer Eating!

 

Marinate Cornish Game Hens for approximately 40 minutes in this simple Teriyaki marinade and then grill over medium heat for approximately 40 to 50 minutes. Serve with your favorite grains and salad.

 

 

Teriyaki Marinade (enough for 4 Cornish Hens, cut in half):

Whisk together in a large bowl.

½ cup soy sauce

¼ lemon juice

¼ cup olive oil

White ground pepper to taste

6 to 7 cloves of garlic finely chopped

Rotate and/or turn over pieces in marinade every 10 minutes.
