PWSPCA Wants You to Beat the Heat for Animals!

 

The Prince William Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has updated their web site for summer.  They are featuring a “Friends for Life” photo contest of adopted pets to be published in the upcoming calendar that will be available in October.  So get your camera out this summer and submit your pet friendly photos by August 15^th.  You can register on the Prince William SPCA web site, www.pwspca.org and the cost is $5.00 per entry.  You can mail in your entry or register online.

 

PWSPCA is also offering a natural bug repellant called “Bug Bam” for both people and animals.  Buy this product through PWCSPA and 8% will benefit their organization.  The Prince William Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals works tirelessly in educating local residents about their programs to reduce the number of stray animals and to help with the adoption of homeless animals by strengthening cooperation among animal rescue groups.

Currently the Prince William SPCA is offering a spaying and neutering assistance program for low income cat owners.  Email the Prince William SPCA at pwspca@pwspca.org for more information about this service which is made available through a private grant..
