Manassas, VA - The Prince William County-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce grew by more than forty new members during the month of June-a record achievement for the Chamber, especially at a time when most economic indicators are declining and most businesses are tightening their belts.
One business that joined in June is Administaff located in McLean, VA. “Administaff, Inc. is one of the nation's leading professional employer organizations (PEO), serving as a full-service human resources department for small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States,” commented Administaff Consultant Kane Flora. "The business community in Prince William County is rapidly developing and growing and we'd like to be there to support local small businesses. We have clients who are members and we were impressed with the connections and opportunities for community involvement offered by the Greater Chamber."
The Chamber would like to acknowledge the efforts of members who successfully sold the benefits of membership to local businesses: Advantage Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation LLC ; AFLAC - Cavaleri; Bargain Boxes Moving & Storage; BB&T - Bristow; Deer Park Cleaning, Inc.; EMSI Engineering, Inc.; Linda H. Marlow Allstate Insurance Agency; My Plumber Heating & Air Conditioning; PNC Bank and The Computer Doctor.
With more than 1,100 members, the Prince William County-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce was ranked as the fourth largest Chamber of Commerce by the Washington Business Journal in its "2007 Book of Lists."
