Manassas, VA - Potomac Nationals mascot "Uncle Slam" paid a visit to the offices of Synergy One Federal Credit Union, sponsor of the third annual softball game between the Prince William County-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce and the Prince William Regional Chamber of Commerce scheduled to take place on Monday, August 11th.
The Potomac Nationals will host the game at G. Richard Pfitzner Stadium located at 7 County Complex Court in Woodbridge. The softball game will begin at 4:00 p.m., followed by a "Power Networking" picnic from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
At 7:05, attendees are invited to enjoy the baseball game as the Potomac Nationals take on the Frederick Keys.
The purpose of the game is to bring members of the two Chambers together for some high-powered networking in a casual and fun environment. Last year, more than 350 members took advantage of the opportunity by attending the softball game and ensuing "Power Networking" picnic.
Joe Martin of Employment Enterprises, Inc. and Past Chair of the Prince William County-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce will once again serve as coach of the P-Nets (short for Professional Networkers) softball team.
The cost to attend is $15 per person and includes the softball match, networking picnic, admission to the Potomac Nationals game and free parking until 5:30 p.m.
Tickets must be purchased in advance by calling Anita Duecaster at 703-368-6600, ext. 13, or emailing aduecaster@pwcgmcc.org.
