Motivating Our Kids by Understanding Their Temperaments

Local Bristow residents and authors, Art and Laraine Bennett will be giving the last “Parenting Series” talk based on their book, “The Temperament God Gave You.”  The talk will be about “Motivating our Kids by Understanding their Temperaments” and will be held at Holy Trinity Church at approximately 11:30, (after the 10:30 Mass,) on Sunday, June 22^nd in the classroom.  Food and babysitting will be provided.  The suggested donation is $15 per family, to cover the cost of food and childcare. Art Bennett is a licensed marriage and family therapist with twenty years experience in the field.  He writes a monthly column for the National Catholic Register.  Laraine is a freelance writer whose articles appear in Catholic journals. Ancient philosophers identified four basic temperaments and today Art and Laraine give a modern understanding of temperaments and what they mean for your family.[1]
