-Children's Program - "Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Cabbage"

The Environmental and Natural Resources Program of the Prince William Cooperative Extension will teach local residents how to grow herbs in a living wall which provides a beautiful structure in your garden as well as the microclimate those herbs prefer. Discover worm composting and how worms can ‘recycle' your kitchen scraps and make compost for your garden.

Children Program - Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Cabbage

The soil tells the story of whether a plant will live or die, but you can make the difference.  A fun way for children to learn about plant chemistry!

Registration is requested.  Please call 703-792-7747 to register. All programs are free.  The Children's program is offered concurrently with each Saturday in the Garden program, and is located at the Teaching Garden at the St. Benedict Monastery 9535 Linton Hall Road, Bristow, 20136.
