Norman is the author of some delightfully entertaining books Crocodaddy and Ten on a Sled. Norman's great storytelling skills, eye for just the right detail and wonderful sense of humor makes her books meaningful to children of all ages. She will also present the awards to the winners of the Annual Children's Bookmark Contest. A book signing and a reception will follow the program. This program has been named in honor of Jenny Foxworth, a devoted library volunteer who had a great love of books, of people, and the arts. Jenny was instrumental in starting the Friends of the Chinn Park Regional Library, organized the Friends' popular quarterly book sales, and managed the Friendshop during its early years. This family program is a free, drop-in program, and no tickets are required. The Jenny Foxworth Bookmark Contest & Program is sponsored by the Friends of the Chinn Park Regional Library.
